Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars.

All apparels are specially handpicked by us and imported from overseas.

How to place your order?

To make a purchase, simply send us an e-mail in the following format:

Your name
Your mailing address
Your mobile number
Item name + Item code
Choice of product color (if any)

Quantity

Making payment

-Upon placing your order, we will email you a payment advice (within 24 hours).

Please check your junk folder if you didn't receive any confirmation from us or email us again.

-Please make payment before the deadline

-We only accept payment by:
Internet banking or ATM Funds transfer to DBS/POSBank and UOB account.

-Please make payment within 3 days after payment advice is received

Postage Fees

Normal Mail:
1 to 3 items = S$1.80
3 to 5 items = S$2.00
6 items and above = S$2.30

(Postage fees will be revised according to weight of item )

Registered mail (comes with a tracking number) is an additional $2.50.

All items will be delivered via Singapore Post.
We will not be responsible for the lost of item for postage using normal mail.

Your ordering flowchart:

(1) Shop at creampuff.collections@BS;

(2) Email us your orders;

(3) You will receive an email payment advice from us for payment to be completed within 24 hours;

(4) All orders are processed after ordering;

(7) Item(s) will be sent to you when we receive your payment.

Items received are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

No payment = No order

No cancellation of orders after ordering.
